CF Architects is a SACAP-registered residential practice based in Bryanston, Gauteng. Principal architect Curtis Fleur is personally involved in every project — not as a figurehead, but as the person you meet on day one and who remains present and accountable through to handover.
The practice is intentionally small. It serves a select number of clients at any one time across Gauteng, the Garden Route, and broader Southern Africa. Because considered architecture cannot be rushed, and meaningful design cannot be produced at scale.
There is no signature aesthetic imposed on every project. What the practice offers instead is architecture that grows from the inside out — shaped entirely by the people who will inhabit it.
